The house was filthy. Sand in the beds, dirty floor and dust on everything. Some of the wi does wouldn’t open and the ones that did were not equipped with screens. Kitchen had a lot of stuff but when you opened the cabinets, stuff fell out. The yard was unkept with lots of beach stickers . We had 3 of our family who have sensitive lungs and struggled with mold, mildew and/or dust. Would not stay here again.
Great location on the long beach peninsula. The house is large and spacious. We were very discouraged by the lack of cleanliness. Also, the kitchen amenities were lacking and are in need of updating. The stove top had a burner that didnt work and the oven was temperamental and not user friendly. The floors were filthy. They were not mopped or vacuumed/swept. The beds had sand in them and the dining room table was covered in crumbs when we arrived. Our toddler found some drug paraphernalia on the deck next to the chairs. We have stayed here in the past when it was under a different management company and the property was much cleaner. We wont be returning.
Lovely home but is in need of some major tlc. The floors were extremely dirty, beds were very uncomfortable, some of the tvs and hot tub weren't working. Most importantly the front steps and patios need many boards replaced because of rot and or loose boards. Also some of the glass on the railings along the balcony were falling out of place. Those things were a huge safety issue all weekend especially with kids.
The place is really run down there are ton of broken things going on with this place everywhere you look that are safty concerns specially the steps that lead to the middle floor has step boards that are extremly loose ready to come off someone can get really hurt from that the whole hause smells like mold gave averybody in our group bad allergies with sore throats had to leave windows open at all times or it would become unbearable place was really dusty all over the place the only good thing they did was the bathrooms were cleaned well but other than that the place was a mess not worth the price per night
I was very disappointed with my stay at vacasa homes. The place was not clean and there were many things broken. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It was a waste of money and time.
