Upon arriving on March 4 my granddaughter found a marijuana joint in the drawer in her bedroom, I immediately contacted Vacasa sent a photo of the joint and drug paraphernalia case. The next day when going to take a shower the showerhead in the master bathroom was molded my daughter shower downstairs and said the shower downstairs is molding we continue to sneeze our whole stay looked under the beds all dust bunnies under each bed balls and balls of dust I contacted Vacasa with more photos with only Response saying we apologize for this inconvenience a local manager will contact you soon which has never happened today being March 10 I’ve sent numerous photos reached out numerous times by email texting and phone call to them saying that a child finding drugs in the home and the filthy conditions will not be worthy of a refund no one locally called to apologize or ask if we needed anything. I would post photos if this was an option.

The layout was nice for together time and a little space for separation. The decor was flawless and the beds were very comfortable.

The house is spacious with room to comfortably accommodate all 11 of us with lots of opportunities for entertainment. Great location.

This beautiful well appointed home was the perfect location to gather family for a summer weekend. Excellent spaces for different groups to enjoy playing games, preparing meals or conversations. Kitchen was stocked with every implement to prepare and serve beautiful meals. Highly recommend this home:)

It accomodated our group of 13 very nicely!

We had a group of 14 staying at the house and enjoyed our time there. That said, we had a super frustrating experience with Vacasa. We went to make coffee the first day and found the coffee maker water reservoir was filled with disgusting mold. Over the next 3 days we had to follow back up with Vacasa over and over. They kept promising that someone would be in touch about the issue right away and can we send pictures. We never heard from anytime. We reached out the next day and they told us the coffee maker was replaced, which it wasn’t. Then they asked to send more pictures. Still never heard back from anyone despinte them saying we would. We had to go purchase coffees from the shop down the street every day which ended up costing quite a bit of money. Vacasa continually gave us the run around instead of just communicating or bringing a coffee pot. Beware if you have any issues if you rent this house. They don’t care and waste your time saying they will do something about it with zero follow through.
