We had a wonderful stay at Crow's Nest. The house was so warm and inviting, the beds super comfortable, and the hot tub was divine. I loved sitting in the living room and just looking out the windows at the Gorge. I can't recommend Crow's Nest more!
Overall the stay at this house was great, however we did encounter two very frustrating situations along the way that I did not feel the management company took seriously. But first I'll start off with The Pros: The house itself was great, very well stocked, easy to find, and a very beautiful view. The hot tub was a great addition and we felt very relaxed. The layout of the house was nice and provided quiet retreat for my whole family. The Cons: A few days before our arrival, we were informed that the game room had flooded and the space was no longer usable. I understand that this can happen but their "refund" was minimal and not indicative of the reduction of beds/space that we were now unable to use. The temperature of the house upon arrival was VERY cold. I saw this was a complaint in other reviews but didn't realize how cold management would let the house get to. When we arrived it was mid-40s and it took overnight to heat up to an appropriate temperature. We did have elderly people which caused some concern. And again, after reporting this to management, they seemed to have little regard for this discomfort.
This house was simply breathtaking. The view from the windows and deck were absolutely stunning. The house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils we needed. We do a lot of cooking so that was important to us. The location of this house is really the star, poised on the cliff over the Columbia River on The Gorge. Had an amazing visit and would love to return.
Booking for next year already! This will be our annual girl weekend location. Instantly felt at home. Views incredible. They thought of every creature comfort. Dog friendly is an understatement. Dog beds and toys everywhere. Pictures do not do justice to the cliffs depth and breadth.

The house was the perfect size for all of us. We loved watching the the trains and boats off in the distance below. We loved how close it was to town, and simultaneously felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere. This might be my favorite vacation rental yet.
