Stunning resort condo withluxury amenities, shared pool & easy access to slopes

If I could give is a no star I would. Never have I experienced something so disgusting. The sheets were not changed. There was crusty bodily fluids on the top sheet and body hair on the rest in the master. The top bunk was obviously slept in and unchanged very wrinkly and even had pine needles in it. The other 2 beds were questionable so didn't chance it. There were dead bugs in every windowsill, trash under the kitchen sink and trash in between the washer and dryer. After the sheets we felt like we had to wash everything before we used it. There were basically no spare sheets to change them when we could get no customer service from vacasa. I had to wash dry and remake the beds myself, we had no place to go. Definitely a rental. Chairs are missing or broken, many bulbs out, the ladder on the bunk is too short pulling on the frame rail making the top bunk loose. The coffee table is a storage table thag doesnt close correctly anymore. Many utensils are broken or no longer there. We mostly used paper plates so never noticed whether we would have had enough. The pool is nice but not maintained by the same people. The North building is not the same owner/rental company and cannot help with any issues at Grand Lodge South. The worst I've experienced. They have a script and beyond that basically useless. It was late the next day before we had anyone come to our room with any kids of help and the lovely lady that did come came because she happened to come across the complaint even tho it wasnt her job.

Beautiful, spacious condo with tons of room to spread out. The hot tub, pool and sauna were very nice after day on the slopes.

This is a great unit! Everything was clean and worked great. Would recommend and stay again.

There was lots of room. Very clean and a great view of Mt. Hood from the balcony.

It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! Great location, protected parking, quiet. Customer service was responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.

Condo is huge and well stocked with towels and kitchenware. Oftentimes rentals have at least a few games to play or a deck of cards, but this unit has nothing other than a few puzzles, one of which has pieces missing. There is enough clearance in the parking deck for our Honda Odyssey van with a roof box on top and lots of room on the balcony to store our bikes.
