Room looks nothing like the photos and is incredibly dated, smells awful, has no AC. Despite the industry standard being an 11:00am check-out they refuse to offer a checkout later then 10:00am. The customer service staff was very rude and inhospitable. I've heard horror stories about Vacasa managed proprieties before. This is my first time staying in one and I can say without doubt this will be my last. Walls were paper thin and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

Close to beach and across street from grocery store.. safe area. Was able to park my vehicle directly in front of my room. Bbq and pick nick table out back. Green space my dog enjoyed. Cable tv
