This comfortable Sunriver home, with its private hot tub, fireplace, and adorable interior, will give the whole family a vacation to remember! Inside, the home is modern and bright with natural wood floors, plenty of natural light, new interior paint, and new light fixtures and bedding to create a nice, homey feel. Settle into one of the super-comfortable couches in the living room and adjust to the leisurely pace of Sunriver. There is a 60' cable TV for watching your favorite DVDs, and a gas fireplace to make you feel cozy during the winter and on cool summer nights. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room, so you'll be able to cook and socialize at the same time. Three stools at the counter allow for closer company. A picnic-style wooden dining table will fit eight so that everyone can enjoy a meal together. And for the little ones, a Pack and Play Playpen is available for use.

Just a five-minute walk to SHARC (eight passes are provided) and the Village at Sunriver, you'll have easy access to the best amenities at the resort. Sunriver is a favorite destination in Central Oregon, and for good reason - you can kayak, canoe, or float down the Deschutes River. Go horseback riding at the stables two miles away, or play golf on one of many public golf courses in Central Oregon! The Nature Center and Observatory, just over a mile away, is home to majestic birds of prey, and you can view the stars through giant telescopes on certain nights.

Some fun destinations just outside of Sunriver include the Lava River Cave just a few miles north on Cottonwood and Benham Falls Trail for gorgeous summer hiking next to Class VI rapids! If the water draws your attention, consider a guided rafting trip through Sun Country Tours (you'll go on smaller rapids). For a slightly longer drive, head south 30 miles to Paulina Lake for an amazing volcanic lake with stunning views.
