Location and fire places! Washer and dryer were nice!
We stayed with 4 adults and two toddlers and the house was perfect
Rented this same house 5 years ago. Would not rent again, until they update it. They put up a Christmas tree, which was nice. They must of had a storm because the siding and gutter in the back was coming off. Ceiling in basement is about to cave in from what looks like water damage. Lights are hard to figure out in main room. Basement fire place doesn’t work. Old, gross kitchen utensils- not enough silverware - pans should be thrown away!! They are beyond toxic. Otherwise, the lay out is good in my opinion. I bet at one time it was a nice rental and could be again. I feel like they let it go. Towels are gross too. There is space for another bed upstairs. We brought our own so no one had to stay in the weird, tiny, awkward room down stairs. That needs to be re- configured. Oh…regarding the pool table all the pockets are ripped and balls fall out everytime. All in all it was a place to lay our heads. We would never pay for that place in that shape again.
Our 3rd stay!
Quiet and comfy.
