Oceanfront home with amazing sunsets, fire pit, & jacuzzi tub

This home looks beautiful, but appearances can be deceiving. The oceanfront jetted tub, which was the main reason we chose this property for a birthday celebration, had clearly not been properly maintained. When we turned it on, it shot out slimy yellow gunk and yellow water, making it completely unusable. The host offered a $50-per-day refund for the loss of this amenity, but that did little to make up for the disappointment. A major highlight of the property—and the centerpiece of our vacation—was effectively ruined because of poor maintenance. If you're considering booking this home for its luxury amenities, be aware that they may not be as advertised.

This is a great place to stay with easy access to Yachats and all the hiking around it as well as being only 25 minutes north of Florence. The house has giant windows so you get all the views of the ocean from your own private backyard. It’s spacious for groups of 2 to 6. There’s no noise from Highway 101.

This place is fantastic! The living room is big and the windows provide constant views of the beach. You can't really see the beach sand from the house, but you can see the waves. The beach is accessed via a 200 foot path through the brush to a stairway. The beach is great with a combination of large sandy areas, tide pools, small waterfalls, etc. The fire pit area is fun and very well designed. Only like 8 minutes away from the Cape Perpetua area (Thor's well, Spouting Hole, Devil's churn, Cape Perpetua summit hike trails). This is a personal preference, but we brought some costco toilet paper rolls because we hate the standard cheap stuff that every vrbo seems to have.

Location and view! House well maintained and comfortable.

This house is everything it's advertised to be and more! Location, views, tucked into a secret garden, no noise from hwy 101, lots of amenities, great kitchen items, super comfy beds, sweet neighborhood cats, peaceful, relaxing...it was EXACTLY what we needed. My only complaint is the shower door is awkward. It's short, narrow and just weird. Oh and screens on windows are definitely needed. Amazing stay.

So close to the beach. Easy access to the water was just a few steps away! Home was very relaxing. It was difficult to leave!!!
