Updated home with ping-pong - 3 blocks to beach

It’s a great space, great location, so close to the beach, and everything else in Seaside. Spacious for our little family and had everything we needed for a comfortable coastal stay. The main reason it isn’t a five star review is because of communication. We didn’t receive check in instructions until way after check in time, nor any communication about our reservation before our trip. As soon as I booked, my reservation was transferred to Avari and I received a link to a guest portal. I filled out the required info in guest portal and then received nothing further. Apparently we still had an invoice but had never been sent anything or any way to pay it. And had no access code until well after check in! It was stressful. Plus the second bedroom smelled a little bit like dog pee which is a shame for such a spendy place.

A quick walk to the beach and a park across the street.

Loved how the home is furnished. It's perfect for a small family and it was great to have the park right across the street to walk the dog. Short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.

We love staying here every time to we come to Seaside! It's a great location to downtown and the beach and has a wonderful park across the street. The home's amenities' have all you would need and more for a memorable trip to the coast!
