The downstairs workspace can function as a command center, or guests with remote work or schooling can use it (and the upstairs desk workspace!) to finish things up before heading to the beach. The bedrooms of this home are all spread out, perfect for groups looking to enjoy their own space and come together to have fun. The first bedroom is to the right when you come through the door and is right next to this floor's living room. This room features a backyard view and has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination just next door.
