Dog-Friendly Coastal Gem w/ Beach Access, Ocean Views, Private Hot Tub & More

This house has so much potential but looks like a lot of the things that others have suggested have not been taken care of! Upon arriving there is a stench but after opening all windows it went away. Stains on the brand new carpet in the living room but the carpet cleaner in the garage had cobwebs on it. Don’t know why they don’t just put vinyl floors in the whole house if allowing pets. No blinds in the living room, so the sun was beating down on us in the late afternoon and a glare on the TV. Advertised as a 2.5 bath but the small cabin on property had no power, so we didn’t use that shower. Used the TV from the cabin in the master bedroom, so that was nice. Pots and pans in kitchen need changed as the coated ones all had Teflon scratches. Wine opener almost broken, no colander. Bedroom sheets were like sandpaper but the beds themselves were very comfy. It was nice to have a fan in each room too. BBQ in garage needs cleaning before it catches on fire. The stairs down to the beach were not bad at all. Steep at top but very easy and secure. The bottom would be hard for someone with mobility issues to get down since you have a ledge to step down to sand. Wonderful tide pools along the beach. The hot tub was pretty dirty with sand, needs to be cleaned after each guest. Need a bigger garbage can. Overall we enjoyed our stay, took a minute to settle in and get used to the place. The best thing was the view and the proximity to beach. Very secluded which was nice. Overall a good stay but we would not stay again.

The view was spectacular and the house was spotless. There's a slight mustyness which cleared after a bit of airing. The 77 steps down to the beach was daunting but worth the trip. Our dog found her happy spot.

This property has everything you need for a great stay on the coast. Steps away from the beach, private hot tub with a view on the deck. Internet works great and plenty of room to relax. I would book again.

The view at Rock Seaclusion absolutely blew me away the moment I walked in the door. The house was clean, comfortable, and instantly relaxing. The beds were great, and the hot tub with that vast ocean view was such a treat. I brought my dog, and it was wonderful having a private backyard feel along with convenient stairs down to the beach. I had read some reviews mentioning the need for upgrades, but I didn’t find that to be an issue at all. For a short stay, everything I needed was there — from cookware to utensils — I never felt like I was missing anything. That’s one thing I really appreciate about booking through Vacasa: I’m never disappointed. This home was no exception, and I’d happily come back.

Hot tub deck and view were wonderful...

A great beach house at a great location! Stairs down to the beach looked like they had been repaired and felt sturdy. We didn't want to carry our beach toys down and up the stairs so we drove to several close nearby beaches. The house had everything we needed, amazing view, nice hot tub! We wished we had brought our binoculars. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've had in a vacation rental.
