A wonderful view of the ocean.
The view was super great. Lots of space yet never drafty as we spent Thanksgiving there which can be windy and cold. Beds were very comfy. Very quiet as well. Close to everything although perfect place to just stay inside and relax. There is a beautiful deck, enjoyable hot tub, and in the summer other outdoor amenities which we didn't use because of November weather. So a summer visit would be even more enjoyable.
We stayed all weekend during a massive storm! Watching the sea from such a warm and cozy spot was magical! The hot tub was clean we did have to turn up the heat on it but it worked perfectly! The fire pit was super fun. Personally I'm a huge fan of antique furniture I was in love with each piece in each room!! Loved the spare boots ready for my unprepared teens to stomp around on the beach in the storm was a fantastic touch!!
The view was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and cooking pans. Large refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The house, unfortunately, doesn't look much like its online pictures. Older home with the need for plenty of updates. I passed on the information to the owner. Some of the items that should be repaired is: 1) A lack of air movement especially in the twin bed room. 2) Screen door to the deck always comes out of its track and gets stuck. 3) No electric outlet in the main bathroom for hair dryer. 4) Caulking is loose and in one case hanging over the edge in the bathroom. 5) Plants behind the deck need to be trimmed so you can see the beach while sitting down. 6) Some trimming of the weeds and an exterior painting would brighten things up. Interior updates to furnishings would also be helpful. Maybe some of the updates will be carried out. There were some small items as well. Completing some updates would provide people with more reasons to stay. Add the updates with the amazing view and it would be much more attractive.
Loved the deck and watching the water hit rocks. Nice getaway!
Good response to questions about the house from local Vacasa staff once we were there. Great ocean front views. Great location
