Overview
Sunriver features the best of Oregon's outdoor activities, and this lovely home puts it all at your doorstep! Step into this sunny yet snug space and appreciate the colorful touches everywhere, courtesy of plenty of antelope-themed art. The family dog is welcome here, so let her sniff around the enclosed yard while you get acquainted with the indoor space. The main living area features an open plan, so when the chef of the group is taking advantage of the modern, well-equipped kitchen to whip up a meal, the rest of the gang can lounge on comfortable furnishings in front of the gas-burning fireplace. When it’s time to eat, enjoy meals at the breakfast bar. The main bedroom is also on this level. Take the spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, a loft area with a bathroom and view of the courtyard. It is complete with a whimsical closet made of half a canoe. Now you’ve got the lay of the land, it’s time to join your pup outside - is that a private hot tub? After a day out skiing, hiking, golfing, fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, and more, this is the perfect spot to soak it all in. At the end of the day, get snuggly on those couches once again and stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen Smart TV or play a little Xbox before drifting off to a satisfying sleep.

We are frequent visitors to Sunriver and have stayed at many places, until now! So long as this place is available, we will rent it. The only thing that may differ us is the use of equipment such as bikes and/or kayaks
You can walk to the village. This is as close as you can get, which is great if you want to rent bikes, go eat, or anything else. Private courtyard is nice. Parking was no issue for up to 2 large SUVs or trucks. Board games, video games were great for winter indoor activities for my family of 4. There was cornhole and other activities for summer we didn't use. We had 4 people (2 adults 2 kids) this worked great. Nice bathroom in the loft for the kids. I loved the fans and laundry in house. Small but mighty. The only thing we didn't like was there was only counter seating or 2 TV trays to eat inside during the winter. If you were here in the summer there is a great outdoor dining room table. SHARC passes were nice. Hot tub was basic but nice.
Very adorable home . Had everything and was in perfect location . We would totally invest in a home exactly like this one ! We will be back hopefully this summer
This house was very clean and in a great location! Love the private deck area. We will be back!
We’ve stayed in Sunriver half a dozen times over the years. This was our first time staying at this house. It’s very close to the Village, still only a short walk to the SHARC. We especially appreciated the enclosed patio for our adventure seeking Labrador. It was clean, kitchen was well-stocked. We loved walking all the trails…nearly put in 20+ miles during our stay. We enjoyed the Ft Rock Park & just soaking in the peace and quiet. Treat yourself to a Sugar & Spice mocha at Brewed Awakenings and enjoy the Autumnal beauty. Would rebook again.
Super great home for 3-4 people. Guest service was 100%. Upside was great space with limited amenities. The deck space and hot tub was great but lacked lighting. All unit was very clean. Master bedroom Roku was missing so couldn't watch tv. Overall was a good house to spend a little time.
