The River Belle is conveniently located five blocks from downtown and the convention center, and is an easy walk to the beach. What you'll find: • Large living/dining area with a gas fireplace • Puzzles, board games, and a Roku TV with guest mode (just enter your stay dates and log in to your subscribed streaming services; your login information will automatically be removed on the date you specify). • Well-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and other bakeware for your family meals. • Coffee bar with a traditional coffee maker, Keurig, French Press, electric kettle, and coffee bean grinder - just provide your own coffee or tea. • Two bedrooms and one full bathroom downstairs, two full bedrooms and one full bathroom up a narrow staircase. • Deck overlooking the river - the perfect spot to have a beverage and watch for birds, or cheer on your family and friends as they play shuffleboard on the outdoor court. • Covered patio, great for a family picnic, with adjacent covered hot tub area. • Game/recreation room in the converted garage with ping pong, darts, shuffleboard accessories for the outdoor court, card games, and more. • Crab pots and clam guns are also available if you'd like to try your hand at clamming on one of the local beaches or crabbing off the 12th street bridge (check the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife website for a license, limits, and other requirements).
