This charming beach house sits in a great location in town, with a grassy front yard, a screened sun porch, a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and more! It has all the essentials you'll need to have a wonderful vacation in Seaside. What's nearby: The Sunfish cottage is a mere three blocks to the Promenade and the beach, and it's also only two blocks up to Broadway Street, where many of the town's iconic restaurants, souvenir shops, and activities are focused. Elsewhere in town, you'll find a golf course, river where you can try kayaking, and of course the beach, which is wide and sandy - ideal for building sandcastles! Things to know:

Perfect size for us and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and close to everything so we could walk. This was our 3rd year at this house and hope to go again. The only problem was the microwave didn’t work.

House comes with everything you'll need. Only complaint i would have it the bathroom doors are difficult to open and close other then that it was amazing

Easy walk to beach, restaurants and activities. Hard bed and slight animal smell but for the price and location we would stay there again.

The location is a suort walk from downtown. The house needs some updating if you're picky, thankfully I'm not. It was "spectacularly adequate". Bed was comfy, everything worked, except for a few outlets. Shower was fantastic. Lots of clean sheets and towels available. Basic, but plenty good enough for me.
