The cabin rooms were once a dance hall - the floors of the cabin rooms are the original floors! You will fall in love with The Logs' location - you are just a couple hundred yards away from the White Salmon River, which means you can walk straight down to the river, or take another path and walk along the White Salmon to BZ Falls. Conveniently located at the base of Mount Hood in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, outdoor enthusiasts will have a blast here! Windsurfing, kiteboarding, hiking, skiing, and kayaking are popular activities in the area. Make sure to explore Hood River (14.5 miles away), which is full of wineries, breweries, and outdoor activities for everyone. Visit the famous Hood River Fruit Loops Art Center (13.5 miles) with over 36 stands featuring apples, pears, wines, antiques, and various other locally grown products. This rustic charmer offers a great spot to create everlasting memories. Find a comfortable bed right next to a cozy armchair - both facing a TV with a DVD player to keep you entertained during your stay. There is also a mini-fridge to store all of your goodies, a microwave to heat them up, and a convenient coffee maker that will please all coffee enthusiasts. • While doing your research, you may see that there was once a restaurant on the property where your unit is. However, it is closed and not listed as an amenity. Your rental offers lodging and no on-site- restaurant, though grocery stores in the area are only a short drive away.
