This was a lovely home, it certainly a little vintage house, we enjoyed our stay. The walking distance to the beach is perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze. Very easy and straightforward. Areas that need improvement is the bathroom area, it needs more privacy so that the toilet can be used even when one is in the shower. The home could be more spacious for 6people it’s a tight space.

This is kind of the perfect place for a winter stay, cozy, warm, wood stove right in the middle. Right near the ocean with a bit of a view, and a great price to boot. It does need a major deep cleaning though, since dogs are allowed (I had to air it out a bit), and it’s an older place. It just hasn’t had that or any updates obviously, in a long time. Old carpet, old appliances, bit of rust here and there.

needs updating, a DEEP clean, BYO firewood - but you are 1/2 block from the beach! might also be the cheapest STR in manzanita.

House was very clean. House is dated but comfortable and great price. Great access to the beach. Would highly recommend you take your own sundries. The hardware is there but not the software. Had to buy coffee, filter, Kleenex and seasonings for cooking. No big deal as we found a great grocery store that just made the visit that much better.
