Perfect little place on the coast. I am awarding 5 stars because the property was as advertised. Fantastic location and short walk to the lovely beach. Nice balcony to read and chill. Quiet and serene. Basic, old, quaint, clean enough. I liked the pillows (nice and thin, no fat pillows, yay). Adequate kitchen with fridge, oven, and seating. Walking distance from Laneda, the main street, with great shops and my favorite coffee place Manzanita News & Espresso. Will stay here again.

This was a lovely home, it certainly a little vintage house, we enjoyed our stay. The walking distance to the beach is perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze. Very easy and straightforward. Areas that need improvement is the bathroom area, it needs more privacy so that the toilet can be used even when one is in the shower. The home could be more spacious for 6people it’s a tight space.

This is kind of the perfect place for a winter stay, cozy, warm, wood stove right in the middle. Right near the ocean with a bit of a view, and a great price to boot. It does need a major deep cleaning though, since dogs are allowed (I had to air it out a bit), and it’s an older place. It just hasn’t had that or any updates obviously, in a long time. Old carpet, old appliances, bit of rust here and there.
