Comfortable beds, a little quirky, good bathroom
Meh, the home was cute and not far from the Mountain, but we won't be staying again. I will be avoiding any Vacasa owned/managed homes in the future, here's why... Mainly, it's the fact that management is almost entirely robotic/automated and willfully unresponsive; when had some issues with household appliances being broken or not working properly, we submitting a maintenance request only to be, essentially, left on read -- no one ever contacted us to apologize or even try to resolve the issue so we could have functional appliances. This impacted several of our meals, which we were excited to cook in the cabin but never got the opportunity to. They did, however, make sure to send us automated texts afterwards about their check out procedures, never acknowledging anything we tried communicating prior. They also very preemptively "checked in" about the cleanliness of the cabin, before any of us really had a chance to settle in and look around; massive amounts of dust under the beds, dirt in the hot tub, sticky kitchen countertop, stains on the couch cushions and pillows, and leftover food under the living room furniture. Seems like they just wanted to know if someone came by to turn the lights on... Check in and Check out times are quite ridiculous, 4pm and 10am, respectively. Just narrowing down the time you'll have to enjoy your stay. We barley had time to make breakfast and pack the car before we were required to leave at the end of our trip. Lastly, the all the fees they slap on cost MORE than the actual per night rate of the cabin, practically doubling the total cost. When you charge outrageous cleaning and maintenance (booking/damage waivers) fees, you'd like the place would be spotless and functional, right? Nope, not here!
This is the coziest little cabin ! This was our second stay and we enjoyed it so much The hot tub was great , a good selection of movies and very comfortable beds We hope to visit again !
Cleanliness and all things were in good working order
The rental was pretty private and comfortable, with lots of space to feel comfy and cozy. My only qualm was that it was dusty indoors and the patio area had tons of spiders which made us avoid hanging out there.
It was a wonderful experience⊠the cabin is super cozy, comfortable, and beautiful⊠it has everything for a romantic getaway. Being in the middle of the forest with those wonderful views when you wake up⊠I loved it.
