Even though the houses in the neighborhood are crowded together, it was quiet and peaceful. The big trees in the front and back yards, the lawn chairs and rocking chairs along with the nighttime crickets chirping created a relaxing ambiance. I enjoyed my stay very much.
This cabin had all we needed for a nice ski vacation. Be aware that you will need (and want) to bring your own firewood, which can be purchased in Sandy on the way up. The Thriftway nearby was out by the time we got there, but it does sell the Snow Park parking passes you will need if you plan to do any skiing or sledding.
Nice family room, decent beds, appreciated washer and dryer.
Love the layout, it was a beautiful space. Beds were comfy. The kitchen could use a little bit of help with a few more pots, we also had to buy a can opener. The one there was very old didn’t work. We were happy to find firewood ready, the house is cozy and great space for an our family. We would likely rent again
Loved the backyard and sitting in the rockers on the front porch. The living room and sitting area around the fireplace were well planned. The house was a little dated, but loved it anyway. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 6 would have been comfortable as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! We all loved it.
This place is beautiful! Well stocked with kids toys and A+ furniture. No AC, which wasn’t a huge deal except that the upstairs rooms were missing window screens so we couldn’t open the windows without letting in bugs too for fresh air. Got a bit hot in July. The kitchen is missing a few times too - very little tubberware and no measuring cups.
