I really enjoyed my stay! The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, perfect for a solo or a couples trip. The pond is adorable and the frogs croaking gave it a real cottage vibe! For the price point and the simple amenities, I think this cottage is a great place to escape. Loved that there was cable and internet. Felt very private and safe. Within walking distance from Haystack Rock! Would book here again!!

Electronic lock battery was dead as well as the physical lockbox box was broken, customer service spent an hour repeating the same two codes at me before offering to send anyone. It took 1.5 hours to be able to check in because of this delay in service. The house was not the cleanest, dead lightbulbs, dirty walls/baseboards, and ants in the bathroom. The heat of the shower and living room takes awhile. The bed is alright but quite squeaky and the futon is thin.

Cozy cabin for 1-2 people. Can't beat the location! A few blocks to the beach and most of Cannon Beach is very walkable from the cottage. I had no issues with the deadbolt. Was able to do some light cooking. Bring your own coffee beans! While the place has charm, there is an opportunity for some updates or deep-cleaning (the wainscoting is pretty, but hard to get dust out of, shower doesn't slant toward the drain therefore the dirty water pools, etc.)
