Spacious clean and lovely unit , well equipped . This is our second stay at the property !
House had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. Would recommend for a fun, family getaway.
Nice place to stay. Really roomy with comfortable, nice furniture. We would stay here again for sure...
Our AC was broken when we arrive and we couldn't get anyone to come fix it until the next day. Then they had us switch condos. Broken tiles, broken lights, unresponsive when calling, hard to reach anyone for help.
Great Condo. Would recommend
We loved the spaciousness of our condo, and the fact that it had a fireplace in the larger bedroom although we were not able to take advantage of this feature due to the fact that the heater would not turn OFF. Adjustments made to the thermostat would not “take”, and the heat blew all night which actually made our stay less enjoyable. Add to that the hot tub was not located at the building we were staying in (a key factor as to why we chose this place to begin with), but in fact was actually located on the other side of the property where we were not allowed to drive and park at that location because the parking spaces provided were ONLY for those guests staying IN that building. It was too cold for anyone to walk from our building to the other building to use the hot tub and then WALK all the way back, so it really should not be advertised that the hot tub is available for anyone staying in the building that we stayed in unless they are willing to risk exposure or hypothermia just for a brief dip in some warm water. Other than that though, the room was attractive, well furnished, and the balcony made for an invigorating atmosphere where one could sit and be immersed in the ambiance of watching the palm-sized snowflakes fall gently onto the surface of the trees branches, or glide slowly down to the ground. We had ample bed space, the kitchen area was well stocked and equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and so were the beds, and we found the pillows to be just right. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we would consider coming back to this property as long as we had opportunity to stay in the first building with the hot tub, and we are guaranteed that the thermostat and heater both function properly, otherwise we would likely choose an alternative option. I am sure that our experience was unique and not characteristic of this property as a whole, but something needs to be done to ensure proper adjustment and control of the heating and air, and the parking situation also needs to be addressed so that guests of building number 2 are able to enjoy the same experience as those staying in building number 1.
