Texas Mermaid! Located at the Palms at Cove View. 1 bedroom with a loft and 1 bath. A cozy living area with a fireplace is the right spot to curl up with your favorite book or a night of games. Relax on one of two balconies. One is located off of the living area and has a bistro table to sit and enjoy coffee or a meal. The second balcony is conveniently located off of the bedroom and offers great Gulf views. There is seating for 4 at the dining table and additional seating at the bar for 2 others. The primary bedroom provides a comfortable king bed. The loft can be used for kids or adults with a full-size bed overlooking the living area. The bathroom has a beautiful, custom walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully stocked for nights you choose to dine in or it s a short walk to the Sea Horse Grill if you want a quick meal out. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room in the bedroom. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken. There are many convenient Beach Park entrances nearby. The Palms also offers a great pool to take a swim or just relax in the sunshine.

Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. Pet vaccination/records are required. No cats allowed. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.

There is a $40 resort fee which is included in the Admin fee being paid at time of reservation. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. You must provide a valid state issued identification for all Guests over the age of 18.

The Owner has installed a " Ring Doorbell " at this unit for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry into the unit.
