Gorgeous 1/1 with twin-sized bunk beds, a balcony that overlooks the water, and is a quick walk to the beach! This condo is beautifully furnished, immaculate and feels like home as soon as you enter. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare most any meal with a large granite peninsula that offers plenty of seating where you can share stories of your day. The living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests and a comfortable set of chairs. There is also a cabinet full of fun family games and playing cards! There are two tv's for some evening program enjoyment and two bedside reading lights for those who want to wind down with a good book. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and both tv's are equipped with streaming capabilities (must have subscription). Feel free to bring your Roku, Fire Stick, or gaming device. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. We do ask that all property rules regarding pets are strictly followed. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. Towels and sheets are provided. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Sunrise Breeze. Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.

A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:

1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax

2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.

3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

The Owner has installed cameras at this home for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home. Although we welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience at Sunrise Breeze memorable, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. Photo identification is required. All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.
