Welcome to Sunrise Breeze, a beautifully furnished and immaculate 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom coastal retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. With a peaceful water view from the balcony, a quick walk to the beach, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this charming condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your island getaway.

Beautiful furnishings, thoughtful touches, and a comfortable layout create a relaxing space where you can settle in and enjoy your vacation. It's a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after a day at the beach, or simply sit back and appreciate the coastal surroundings. And when you're ready to feel the sand between your toes, the beach is just a quick walk away, making it easy to enjoy the best of your island vacation without having to spend your time driving.

A KITCHEN MADE FOR GATHERING -

The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. A spacious granite peninsula with plenty of seating provides the perfect gathering spot for meals, morning coffee, or sharing stories about the day's adventures. The open design keeps everyone connected, whether you're preparing dinner, enjoying a meal, or simply spending time together.

COMFORTABLE LIVING AND SLEEPING SPACES -

The inviting living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for guests, along with a cozy set of chairs that creates the perfect corner for relaxing with a good book. The bedroom offers a comfortable retreat at the end of the day, with a wall-mounted TV for evening entertainment and a convenient reading light over the bed for those who prefer to wind down with a good book.

The bunk beds provide additional sleeping accommodations, making Sunrise Breeze a great choice for families or groups traveling together. With the bedroom, bunk beds, and sleeper sofa, the condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A COMFORTABLE STAY -

Fresh towels and sheets are provided, so you can pack a little lighter and focus on enjoying your vacation. Complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and the condo offers streaming capabilities for your entertainment. Streaming subscriptions are not provided, but guests are welcome to use their own accounts and bring a Roku, Fire Stick, or gaming device.

The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Sunrise Breeze. Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.

A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:

1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax

2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.

3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

The Owner has installed cameras at this home for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home. Although we welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience at Sunrise Breeze memorable, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. Photo identification is required. All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.
