Welcome to Fun Times Casa, a cozy coastal condo at the Maravilla Resort Condominiums on Galveston Island! Whether you're planning a family beach getaway, a romantic escape, or simply need a little time to slow down and soak up the sunshine, Fun Times Casa is ready to make your vacation a breeze.

Bright, Breezy & Made for Relaxing -

Fun Times Casa faces southeast, giving you beautiful morning sunshine without the harsh afternoon heat. Start your day with a cup of coffee as natural light fills the living space and a refreshing coastal breeze rolls through. Step onto the balcony, settle into the patio furniture, and enjoy pool and ocean views while you watch the day begin.

The furnishings and décor may vary slightly from time to time as we continue making updates and improvements to keep the condo fresh and inviting.

Everything You Need for a Comfortable Stay -

The open-concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out, visit, and enjoy time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and plenty of cooking essentials. You'll even find helpful extras like basic spices, food storage containers, wraps, and foil—because sometimes it's the little things that make vacation life easier! After a day of sun and sand, kick back in the living room and catch a favorite show on the flat-screen TV, or step outside onto the balcony for some fresh Gulf air.

Room to Relax -

The private bedroom features a comfortable King bed and its own flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to recharge after a fun-filled day.

Need a little extra sleeping space? The hallway alcove features twin bunk beds, and the condo also has a Queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.

For added convenience, Fun Times Casa also includes a private washer and dryer and an ironing board, so you can pack a little lighter and keep those beach clothes fresh.

Whether you're lounging by the pool, catching the morning breeze from the balcony, rinsing off sandy paws, or heading out to enjoy all that Galveston has to offer, Fun Times Casa is your perfect home base for a laid-back coastal getaway.

Fun Times Casa is within walking distance of various sorts of entertainment, including Primetime Bowling, Go Carts and Fun Center (which includes bumper cars, arcade and axe throwing), Majic Carpet Miniature Golf, Tin Cups Golf Driving Range and Jimmy's on the Pier. You'll find yourself just a short distance to Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens and Aquarium and a State Park. A bit farther (minutes) is the Pleasure Pier, Historic Strand District in Downtown, the 1877 Tall Ship Elissa, Waterfront District, Free Ferry (walk on/off, normally see dolphins during this 20-minute ride), the Grand 1894 Opera House, Post Office Street where quaint shops and art galleries are located, and various museums.

Galveston is home to many festivals and events such as Mardi Gras, Shrimp Festival, Lone Star Rally and Dickens on the Strand.

With year-round warmth, loads of sunshine, and all that Galveston has to offer, we would be pleased to host you at Fun Times Casa.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.

Like all Condominiums in Galveston, a parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:

1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax

2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.

3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Fun Times Casa. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.

Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
