We are offering HUGE discounts while construction is being done outside of the units in this area. The Maravilla and Jewell by the Sea is great even with construction nearby! This spacious 1 bedroom condo actually sleeps 6 guests with extra arrangements including built-in bunk beds and a pull-out couch. Jewell By The Sea offers guests a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. A large walk-in shower will await you after a long day at the beach, along with other amenities to make your stay carefree, including beach towels! Maravilla has 3 pools, a hot tub, lush landscaping, volleyball area. Cool ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets are just part of the experience. Free WiFi and Direct TV so you can stay as connected as you want. "Jewell By The Sea" is definitely the place to be to kick up your feet and experience the best that Galveston Island has to offer! There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

You are welcome to bring a one small pet (under 25 lbs.) (Non-aggressive breeds only.) $100 non-refundable pet fee. GUESTS MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE UPON RESERVATION IF BRINGING A PET. No cats allowed.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Jewell By The Sea. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:

1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax

2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.

3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

All fees and services are subject to 15% state tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
