This beach escape is large and accommodating with just over 1400 square feet of both open living space and 3 private bedrooms with an impressive master suite. Spending your vacation here is like being in your own home, only at the beach. No detail has been overlooked...warm, inviting, and because of the beach - relaxed. Beautiful Bay View Condo 3 BR/2BA. 2 Balconies. Dog Friendly. Light & airy, you will feel like you are in paradise. The main balcony has stunning views of Galveston Bay and the swimming pool. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

The condo offers everything amazing, from the inside out. You and your guests get it all from a full chef's kitchen to the best in outdoor patio furniture. No detail has been missed!

This is Galveston Island's premier resort. You will recognize this as you drive into the area - multiple pools, onsite restaurant, bars, golf cart paths, a lazy river for the young and the young at heart. Simply too much to describe. Restaurants are close to the property and even Surfside & Freeport are minutes away from Pointe West!

Property Amenities:

-King bed with a private balcony. Private en suite bathroom.

-Your 2nd bedroom features a King bed.

-The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed, as well as a bunk with a queen size bed on bottom and a twin bed on top.

-We recommend up to 8 adults unless otherwise approved.

-Large kitchen with full sized appliances. All you need to cook for most any meal. And too many extras to list.

-Large, private balcony with an amazing bay and pool view. Ample outdoor furniture so you can really enjoy your time watching the sunrise or sunset.

-Full washer and dryer provided for use while enjoying your stay!

-WiFi and cable television. We have television and cable in all bedrooms.

-Sonos Sound System for guest use in Living Room, Master Bedroom, and Second Bedroom.

-1 assigned, covered parking space. Additional parking available but it is not assigned. Max 2 cars.

-Small pets allowed (owner may consider 2 small pets) with approval and pet fee.

Resort Amenities:

-Sunset pool amenities include a heated lazy river and pool, hot tub, fire pit and grills. Views of this area provide the most spectacular sunsets right from our condo. The pool pictured from our balcony is the closest to the condo.

-Beach Club/Infinity pool (unheated) overlooking the Gulf. Large hot tub, kiddie pool, gas grills and cabanas available for rent.

-Game Room featuring pool tables, ping pong, foosball, basketball, and now has a Photo Booth set up in the game room. This will be a great addition and an exciting new way for everyone to share their memories made here at Pointe West.

Guests must check in at the resort's welcome center to obtain a wrist band for all guests in their party. Each wristband is $25 per person. Valid for your entire stay. You can only obtain a wrist band for each person staying at our property. One day guest passes can be obtained for $25.00 per day. Wristbands are required for anyone 4 years old and up. If you lose your wristband, you must pay for a replacement at $25 each. If your wristband breaks, take it to the front office and they will replace it at no charge. Please contact Pointe West Resort for more details as specific terms for one day guest passes apply to the number of room occupants. Parking passes should also be picked up at the Beach Club. OFFICE HOURS: SUN - WED: 9:00 to 6:00PM | THURS - SAT: 9:00 to 7:00PM. Renters must have their invoice paid by 4 PM on the arrival day to obtain their packet and the code for the after-hours box.

The Owner has installed a " Ring Doorbell " at this unit for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry into the unit. Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent You, Me, By The Sea. Photo identification is Required. As noted above, this condo is pet-friendly. You are welcome to bring one pet under 25 lbs. (Non-aggressive breeds only.) $100.00 non-refundable pet fee. GUESTS MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE UPON RESERVATION IF BRINGING A PET. No cats allowed. All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.
