Beachtime Escape! Enjoy sunrises from this 1st floor, beautiful Dawn Condominium with an expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly across from one of Galveston's newest "renourished" beaches, Babe's Beach, this lovely condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 beautifully remodeled full baths, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, tile floors throughout living areas, walk-in closets and the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. Lots of natural light flows throughout this corner condo. A private gated patio opens onto additional green space that is available for guest use as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with various kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, small appliances, and cookware. Cooks of all levels will enjoy the opportunity to feed the family at home...or head out to one of the many restaurants located nearby. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.The Dawn condominiums is best known for their two lovely resort pools, while also offering guests a fitness center and clubhouse.

Located nearby are grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, and attractions. The Historic Downtown Strand District is approximately 10 short minutes from The Dawn. Galveston's numerous beaches are also a short drive east or west. Staying at The Dawn is a great central location for any vacation stay while on the Island!

All vacations that are from 1 to 3 days, will be charged a flat fee of $40.00 (includes Texas sales tax) per stay

All stays that are greater than 3 days (4 days and beyond) will be charged a flat fee of $50.00 (including Texas sales tax) per stay

For our Guests, please go to the Dawn Clubhouse on Seawall Boulevard to pay for your parking. Guests will be given wrist bands for identification purposes. The Dawn asks that you wear the wrist bands when you are out and around the campus. Gate codes are also given to Guests at that time.

Please remember, the Dawn is a closed, gated facility and the wrist bands help management identify Guests that are on our campus by permission of our Owners and Dawn management. If you are not wearing the wrist bands, Dawn personnel have the right to ask if you have them.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
