There's plenty of room for the entire family (including the family dogs) in this beachfront home. Two-story with ocean view, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a very large deck that offers an expansive view of the beach make this the perfect summertime vacation spot. The kitchen is very well-stocked to prepare most any meal...and the dining area seats 10. Beach level beneath the home is shaded and a perfect place for that summer cook-out. There's even a picnic table for your outside dining, or a fun game of dominoes! This GEM also has Cable, WiFi, Washer/Dryer and a TV in each bedroom. "Ocean's Gem" is full of charm and is extremely clean. Sea Isle subdivision is full of amenities including, tennis court, marina, boat launch, general store, restaurant, fishing pier, pool, picnic area & park. Stay with us at Ocean's Gem and "Get Your Beach On!" There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO RENT: 25. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax

Surveillance/recording device located on exterior of home. Guests that wish to use the Sea Isle amenities may purchase the pass for $100 (for up to 10 guests, for one week). Please make arrangements prior to arrival. Sea Isle POA is closed on weekends and holidays. Pool is ONLY open Memorial Day thru Labor Day

Downstairs bedroom needs a dresser and a chair. An enclosed outdoor shower would prevent a lot of sand from getting in the house and the plumbing. Nice pantry closet and laundry space. Upstairs is very hot, two fans for sleeping in master are needed.

We go to Galveston every year for our family vacation and stay at a different place each time. This home by far made everyone comfortable. The home was very clean and has just about everything you need. Very close to Galveston so we got to spend a few days with the kiddos in town showing the Pleasure Pier, Rainforest Cafe, and a ride on the ferry. My son and husband LOVED the fishing pier and also caught plenty of fish of the coast. But you just can't beat the short walk to the beach. It had to be our favorite part of the place. One thing to note, I did walk up on a good-sized rattle snake in the bushes, so keep that in mind when you're with small children or pets. It was more afraid of us. The only complaint would be the beds. Very uncomfortable and there's no dresser in the downstairs bedroom, so that was a little frustrating living out of a suitcase. That may have changed as they are making updates to the home. We have all decided that we will definitely be coming back to this home if possible!!!!!

Loved our stay here! Beautiful house and excellent location. Sitting on the balcony above the sand overlooking the coast. Exceeded our expectations. Be sure to bring food to the house as the drive to downtown Galveston can take 30 mins. Will stay here again!

We truly enjoyed staying at this house. Will definitely be coming back! Only issues we had were the outlets not working in one of the rooms and no room for our trash in the green container because it being full from the previous people who had stayed there.
