Ocean's Gem is a charming 3BR/2BA beachfront home that sleeps up to 10, with gorgeous ocean views and a huge deck made for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and soaking up the coastal breeze. Inside, you'll find a well-stocked kitchen, dining space for 10, WiFi, cable, washer/dryer, and a TV in every bedroom. Head downstairs to the shaded beach-level area for a BBQ, picnic, or friendly game of dominoes after a day in the sand. Enjoy all Ocean's Gem has to offer: Beachfront location, Expansive ocean views, 3 bedrooms + 2 baths | Sleeps 10, Dog friendly, Well-stocked kitchen, Huge deck, Shaded outdoor gathering & BBQ area, TVs in every bedroom, Washer & dryer and free WiFi.

Sea Isle subdivision is full of amenities including, tennis court, marina, boat launch, general store, restaurant, fishing pier, pool, picnic area & park. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO RENT: 25. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax

Surveillance/recording device located on exterior of home. Guests that wish to use the Sea Isle amenities may purchase the pass for $100 (for up to 10 guests, for one week). Please make arrangements prior to arrival. Sea Isle POA is closed on weekends and holidays. Pool is ONLY open Memorial Day thru Labor Day
