Fantasizing about a beachy getaway? FantaSea Suite will not disappoint! You'll have top floor Gulf views to enjoy the sunrise or a relaxing read anytime throughout the day or night. Not only are the outside views outstanding, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has been beautifully updated and provides guests comfortable surroundings with a fabulous king bed, queen sofa bed and a set of twin bunk beds in the alcove. The kitchen is fully stocked and has lovely granite counters and stainless appliances, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Your stay will be complete with free WiFi, DishTV, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum.​​​​​​​ There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

FantaSea Suite is located in the Maravilla Condos, one of Galveston's most popular vacation rental properties. Maravilla offers guests three pools (one resort style pool, one children's pool, and one heated pool) as well as an in-ground spa. There's plenty of chaise lounges for relaxation and several barbecue pits for outdoor grilling. Kids of all ages will enjoy the outdoor volleyball area.

Parking is convenient to any of the property's three elevators. FantaSea Suite is located on the third floor and in close proximity to Elevator 1 near the front of the complex. Luggage carts and shopping carts are located at each elevator and available for guest use.

Located directly on Seawall, this property is convenient to any of Galveston's area attractions. Schlitterbahn water park, Moody Gardens, Moody Gardens Golf Course, putt-putt, fishing and the beach are all within a short walk or drive. Head to the West End and visit more of Galveston's beaches and do a little bird watching. Or, head east to do a little shopping in the Downtown Strand Historic District, visit art galleries, museums, or take in a live performance at The Grand 1894 Opera House or the East End Theatre Company. Numerous local restaurants offer various culinary delights and you are sure to find something tasty at almost every price point.

FantaSea Suite is your Galveston retreat!

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.

A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:

1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax

2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.

3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

​​​​​​​All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
