Sea Turtle Cove is located just west of 61st Street on Seawall Boulevard in the Victorian Condominiums. The unit has been completely updated, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed to create an elegant, yet playful, owner's retreat and vacation rental. The apartment features a hybrid queen bed in the bedroom with nightstands, lamps, ceiling fan, TV with cable and closet. The custom built full kitchen has granite counters, lots of cabinets and is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator/freezer, combo microwave/convection oven, four element glass range, dishwasher, cookware and utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, tumblers, silverware and more. The open concept floor-plan keeps the conversation going with a couch and love-seat, both with pull out beds, a recliner and wall mounted big screen TV with cable and Roku. There is a very large balcony right off the living room with Adirondack loungers to enjoy outdoors! The bathroom has a walk in shower with white subway tile, updated vanity and toilet. 100% cotton towels and sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, dish and laundry soap, coffee, creamer and sweeteners are all included. The property has two swimming pools, one is heated year round, tennis courts, fitness center, BBQ area, covered parking and is completely fenced and gated. The beach is across the street and many restaurants and shopping are also within walking distance, including Walmart, Sonic, Pit Stop BBQ, and Orange Leaf frozen Yogurt. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

Please check in at the front office before going to your unit. There is a $35 resort fee for up to 14 days and will increase to $70 for 15-30 days; that includes a parking pass, amenity bands, and entry codes into the property gates and pools. This fee will allow you access to the property as well as the codes for amenities and parking for up to 2 vehicles. If you pay an ADDITIONAL FEE of $35, it will cover up to 2 extra vehicles. Every motorized vehicle MUST BE registered. (Car, Truck, SUV, Motorcycle, Slingshot, Golfcart, Trailer, etc.) Trailers will be charged $35 per axle. All trailers must be unhitched and parked in over flow parking area. Trailers are allowed during Galveston's Lone Star Rally week only. The office is open from 7am to 11pm and will not accept cash. Please be sure your car is registered with The Victorian as they reserve the right to tow any unregistered vehicles. Must be 25 years of age. Photo identification is required. All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.
