Enjoy ocean views, a comfortable open-concept living area, plush seating, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The private back patio includes seating, a gas grill, and views toward the Encinitas Hills. Community amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, and landscaped greenbelts. Just steps to private beach access via approximately 70 cliffside stairs, with additional beach access nearby. One pool with a hot tub is a short walk away, and another is steps from the unit. Beach chair, towels, and an umbrella are provided. 7-night minimum.

You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

This is a homey three-level, three-bedroom redoubt in Leucadia. Situated in a quiet gated community about a mile from the bustle of Encinitas, this well-furnished and comfortable home features an ocean view from the top level, decorated as a bar reminiscent of the Florida Keys. The kitchen is well-equipped featuring a high-end refrigerator and quality utensils and glassware. Pantry was well-stocked with way more than the customary basics, including ample coffee supplies, spices and even olive oil. The owner was in touch with us personally when we encountered some minor glitches and was actively engaged in effecting swift resolution. Overall a very relaxing and comfortable experience.

We would definitely return. The location is fantastic, next to the ocean and not far from downtown Encinitas. The community is peaceful and has many amenities. The host was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Difficult to under Cell this perfect home within walking distance of the Pacific. Expensive kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Management company was super responsive and not a thing to complain about!
