Loved the location, especially for attending the WM golf tournament. House had everything we needed and more. Only complaint was that the hot tub and pool were a little dirty, but didn’t stop us from using either of them. Would book this house again for sure.

This stay was disappointing overall. While on VRBO listing says ‘heated pool’, the fine print states that the need 2 days notice and $75 extra per day. They charge the full $75 on check in day. We decided to move forward with this upgrade due to having three children with us. A heated pool was one reason we selected this property. When we arrived, the pool was in the mid 50’ range and unusable. When we spoke with customer service, they said they would send someone out on the 2nd day. No one arrived. They turned it on remotely late on day 2 and it was heated for only 24 hours. It was back to being cold for our 4th day. They have not refunded the $300+$79 in taxes for the pool heating. Also, they said this was booked through VRBO and that is what I used, however, when we called them, VRBO had no record of a booking. Our credit card was charged the full amount to this company. I will give stars based on other aspects of the house. The beds were okay, the kitchen was stocked with appliances. I would not recommend using this company unless you are prepared to pay extra fees and deal with the customer service.

This home was beautifully decorated, warm, and incredibly inviting. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was only about four minutes from Kierland Commons, which was a huge plus. Our family especially loved the pool and hot tub, which made our time there even more enjoyable and relaxing. If you’re looking for a great place to stay that’s close to restaurants, shopping, and family friendly activities, look no further. This home is an excellent choice and we’d happily stay here again.
