The house itself is very spacious - not just in how many rooms but also size of the rooms and space between the room and the living and kitchen areas. It also has a massive backyard with lots of seating and multiple seating areas. The pool was just a bonus! A convenient 10 minute drive to Downtown Scottsdale, 5 minutes from multiple grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet and quant. It was the perfect choice for a family holiday.

Overall great experience. One thing to caution on is if you are big sports fans like we are…they advertise watching the games on there outpost pool side TV. They have no sports package to do so. No ESPN, No B10network, SEC,etc…

The house smelled horrifically of sewage, which persisted our entire stay. Additionally, the pool heater was not turned on. Reached out to the management company and was told it’s because we didn’t pay extra for it in the booking. I was not presented the option for the pool heater to be on or not. It should have been on otherwise what’s the point of having a pool if you can’t use it? Management reached out to owner and owner did finally turn it on which was very nice but we should not have had to ask. Finally, 10am check out time is absurd. Should be 11am at the earliest. Outdoor space and pool are beautiful. Functioning outdoor tv was the huge selling point. House was very clean and there was a supply of coffee, clothes detergent pods, and pool towels, which were very much appreciated.

What a beautiful space! The house was very clean and comfortable! The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect! We spent most of our time there outside. There are multiple sitting areas and the pool is beautiful. I would highly recommend this house!

The home is beautiful. Far exceeded our expectations. The only bad thing was the pool was advertised as heated but it was not. When we called to ask them to turn the heater on we were told we needed to request that 48 hours before our arrival. I did not see this anywhere in the contract. However my husband did enjoy it as a cold plunge.
