Canyon View #1203 exceeded expectations with a spacious layout well suited for groups and a thoughtfully equipped kitchen. The condo was described as newly remodeled, very comfortable, and featuring spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with extremely comfortable beds, clean bedding, and a television in each bedroom. Guests praised the property for being clean and easy to access, with a great location in a very cool area near hiking. Canyon View #1203 also offers private trail access and convenient proximity to nearby canyon trails. The heated pool and hot tub were especially appreciated, and the property included a strong selection of amenities such as board games and puzzles for guests to enjoy.

This condo exceeded our expectations in many ways. The place looked newly remodeled and was really comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, dishes, pans, storage containers, spices, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beds extremely comfortable, the bedding clean and in great shape. I was thrilled by the proximity to Sabino Canyon hiking trails; I hiked almost every morning as there is one with private access from the development that is gorgeous and challenging, while the visitor center and other trails only 5-10 min drive. The owners were extremely helpful and anticipated guests with families so had plenty of board games, puzzles, etc. This was a great place that I would come back to next time we come to Tucson!
