Spend your days soaking up the desert sun while staying cool in the sparkling pool. Techies will love the remote control for the pool and spa, controlled over WiFi using a smartphone app. When everyone works up an appetite the grill master can get to work in the outdoor kitchen for a poolside barbecue. When the sun sets, hop in the spa or gather around the fire pit for starlight entertainment.

Inside, relax in comfort with central AC offering cooling respite from the heat. Challenge your guests to a few rounds of foosball in the living room or enjoy a family movie night on the wall-mounted smart TV. There wasn’t anything that was loved about this property. I’ve stayed at a bunch of properties and I have to say that I am very disappointed, overpriced, and under delivered.

The place was not very clean. It was as though a huge dust storm came through and they did not clean up after. The part about having to let them know you want the pool heated and that it is $105/day to have it heated, seems unreasonable. It needs to be much more clearly stated! There were a few problems that guests I assume did not want to complain about. But when I talked with the house manager, he was polite and very eager to fix anything or have cleaners come. They were very quick to respond and were kind and thankful for us letting them know. A+ to the house manager!

The description between VRBO, where I booked and Vacasa did not match up. VRBO clearly states in two places on the listing that there is a pool and a spa. Not a pool spa as Vacas claims. If you want to enjoy a hot tub, this is not the place for you. Location is nice. Quiet neighborhood, besides the lawn guy that comes at 7 a.m. on Thursday morning. Walking distance to the grocery store and coffee. Backyard is nice and the house was nice but shows it’s age. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work. There was a light switch by the front door that was clicking. Not sure what that was about…thankfully the house didn’t burn down because of an electrical issues. All in all, I give the place three out of five stars.

washer did not work dishwasher did not work. we were not advised about pool and hot tub having to be pre paid before arrival. ownwer was not willing to fix washer so we were unable to wash our clothes and comply with there wishes to clean the beds also we paid alot of money for the week to be there. we were from nebraska coming to a nascar race was there for a week not very happy at all will never rent from them again
