Very nice big house and a great location

Valerita A2025-08-14

I don’t know where to start but so much happening during our 10-day stay on this property. I am going to start with this: THIS PROPERTY IS BEAUTIFUL AND HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL BUTTTTTTTTTT it needs a refresh! An update! Some TLC! There is a pool table but the pool queues had no tips. I called and complained and the next day pool queues were delivered. There is a putting green and a single putter but no hold balls. Called and complained and the next day more putters and golf balls arrived. The pool is a beautiful shape and size but there was no skimmer so we did not want to use the pool since it was full of debris. Called and complained, the next day a pool skimmer was delivered. The upstairs shower was backed up and we were unable to use it for the first 2 days. Called and complained and they got someone out to fix it. The list similar examples are pretty long but the bottom line is this: the house needs major attention. It is such an amazing property and could really be an over the top nice place to rent if it is cared for. The team that oversees is was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The only reason I am rating this so low is because I did not want to go on my family vacation so that I can inspect a home and make a list of all the things it needs fixing. I could have stayed home and done that lol. The team that took care of us was exceptional. I just hope they shut it down, put a little TLC focus on this property and beautify it. I would have literally paid $500 a night for that property easily without a complaint.

We stayed at this Avondale house for a concert at the State Farm Stadium. If you're driving and going to this venue was very close and quick and easy to get to. The house itself was clean, pretty, and had a relaxed welcoming vibe. The beds were super comfy, towels were fully stocked and the pool was clean and refreshing, great for cooling off and hanging out. Being on the lake was a fun touch. The neighborhood was peaceful and made for a great spot to unwind. Overall 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our get away and would recommend this home and plan to go back ourselves.

There was ample parking, the lake view and access was amazing. We rented this place during tough times and it was able to accommodate family and friends while we were grieving the loss of family member. The neighborhood was quite and safe. Thank you for letting us stay in this amazing house.

Our family of eleven ( babies don't count for the guest limit) visited family in AZ. This home was spacious, and overall comfortable. I loved how many windows there were because it made the home feel bright and cheery. We really only slept, relaxed and took care of personal hygiene while staying. We had a couple of small inconviences that were handled fine or resolved on our own. One safety concern is a tripping hazard, (uneven cement, patched but still unsafe) on the path to and from the front door. Our adult daughter fell but was thankfully not carrying her baby or it would have been worse. We would stay here again.

We stayed here over spring break. It was so easy and close to everything. No golf clubs for the putting green but paddle boards were fun! Lots of ducks and geese
