The house is very spacious, perfect location especially if you have an event at the State Farm Stadium. Perfect for multiple couples as there are 3 bathrooms with even one bedroom bathroom downstairs. Multiple areas for lounging and activities. Highly recommend
Everything you need in a vacation home!
It is a nice house. However, the welcome information binder stated that the thermostat was preset; no thermostat could be located, and the temperature was set way too low. Kitchen knives, pots and pans were damaged. If you want to use the oven, there is no cookie sheet or roasting pan. No tissue paper in the house. several of the lights and controls did not function. The owner needs to conduct a maintenance check and fix several problems.
Pool table.
First, we really wanted to use the pool but the heater would not heat it. It took 3 days to get it warm to 88 degrees. The tv outside would not work & we called & messaged with the company. They were not able to help us & when I messaged them they said someone would get a hold of us but never did. The bbq grill’s propane tank was empty. The bed sheets in master bedroom felt scratchy & dirty. I read other reviews so I came prepared with blankets. I also brought my own towels. The kitchen floor was very dirty. I would walk barefoot & my feet were black. Also you could tell it was dusty & not cleaned very well in areas of the house. The coffee table under the baskets were covered with dust. But it was still a nice house for all the other amenities in it. Just stay during the summer to use the pool.
The house was spacious and appeared clean upon arrival, but the property felt dated for the high price we paid. Many basic amenities, including several outlets, lights, and a television, were non-functional. We also found pet hair despite the cleaning fee. Not much to do in the area and it was much further from sporting events than anticipated for the cost. This rental needs maintenance and was not worth the premium cost.
