A new putting green allows golfers in the group to work out their short game and outside lighting means backyard entertainment can continue on into the evening!

But don't be tricked into believing all fun is outside! Inside, the home boasts an inviting living room (note there is a step down into the living room) with a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable, a shuffleboard, and a sound dock. The dining area, besides hosting an eight-person dining table, features a foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances and a nice Keurig coffee maker.
