Make yourself at home at this brand new, dog-friendly home conveniently located in a quiet and established east side neighborhood! This bright and sunny home is spacious yet cozy and nicely appointed to welcome your family and friends alike. Ample living space features warm vinyl-wood planks and an open floor plan. The wide-open kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and flows seamlessly into the living room, so the chef won't miss out on the action while whipping up a meal. If you're planning a longer stay, the double pantry is big enough for plenty of food storage. The living room features all new couches and a 62' flatscreen TV, and each of the four bedrooms has a brand new bed as well. In the main bedroom, you'll find a comfortable bed, a 31' flatscreen TV, and en suite bathroom. The bunk room also has a 31' flatscreen TV for endless entertainment! Step outside to the backyard, which offers a beautiful, sparkling pool and an extra-long covered porch for evenings of grilling. For added peace of mind, if you're traveling with children, the pool is enclosed in a brand new safety fence as well.

Our stay was great. The place was very clean and there was a lot of space for 6 adult and 3 teen. The area was in a very safe neighborhood. We were close to a national park that we visited. It was also close to a Costco, Safeway, Albertson’s, coffee places too. We ate at Amelia’s Mexican food very much recommend it. If you do not mind how far it is from the 10 Hwy this is place is for your family. You get to visit for example Bisbee, Tombstone, Winterheaven Festival of Lights, U of A and Kartchner Caverns state park, and at the end of the day come to a comfortable, clean, and safe neighborhood to rest. I give it 5 star out 5. I love how they recommended to start a load of washer and dishwasher but, it was not necessary. They were just happy to have us there. Thank you for a great vacation.

The house is big enough, but need cookware, kitchen utensils and WiFi. From the looks on the TV WiFi register I would say the house has been without functioning WiFi for quite some time … there were 10 or more cell phones that had been used for hotspoting TV.

The Tucson property is OK. Bit odd to find some sort of a Electricians set up in this otherwise residential neighborhood across the street with lots of parked cars - but that didn’t bother us. House was clean and kitchen was reasonably well appointed. Did not use the pool or backyard. Nice views of mountains from the back of the house. One of the Bathrooms lacked amenities forcing us to make a store run. The WiFi info was wrong and we had to call to figure it out. Iron box was defective and this issue was not addressed - which was annoying given we were there to attend a wedding and pressing the unpacked clothes was something we wanted to do.
