Great location and clean home but has a musty smell. Fridge, WIFI, and Air Conditioner all did not work properly during our stay.

Location is good, easy in and out if you have a car. Loved the canal view and spaciousness. Hard to find the entrance into apartment when we first arrived. Internet is slow and unreliable.

The apartment was extremely clean and smelled great. It was nice to have two patios that overlooked the water. It was a very peaceful neighborhood. Although there was a mixup, the communication and resolve was great.

This condo is located in the lovely neighborhood called The Lakes. It is centrally located in the surrounding areas of Phoenix, Tempe, and Scottsdale. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with comfortable beds and nice linens. There are two small balconies; one overlooking the man made lake. There are great areas for walking and a clubhouse nearby with pool, tennis, gym, etc. The cons: hauling suitcases up and down a long flight of stairs, and no notebook with any instructions about the use of appliances, TV’s, guide to areas restaurants, entertainment, emergency care, etc. which I have found in nearly all the vacation rentals I have stayed in. Also, called the owner with some questions, and never got a return call. And lastly, the air conditioning was set and locked at 75, which, when it’s close to 90 outside, is not sufficient.
