Sweet Home Sherman

The house was well located and relativley clean, and the host was responsive, but there were just so many small issues. Checking into the house late at night was difficult, as the instructions as well as both codes to key boxes were wrong. The lights were hard to find and some never worked. There was soaps and shampoos that were empty and missing. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and there were linens in the washing machine, that clearly hadnt been cleaned or dried. The fuses tripped three times in two days which caused some electrical issues. Not huge issues, but the compounded to make for a frustrating stay.

The house was clean and in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Well laid-out, with room for everyone; nice yard and pool.

Purpose: Family wedding, all adults, from different ends of the US. House was very clean and welcoming, neighborhood quiet, was able to enter property early with no issues. No instruction/information booklet for rules or WiFi access. Jacuzzi did not work, main reason for choosing this location. Property manager was very attentive to our situation, however we were not able to utilize jacuzzi until 1 hr prior to checking out. Maintenance tech from Vacasa stated we will be credited for the inconvenience. Would stay here again.

Great home great location a couple small issues but a great home

I really enjoyed my stay at this home! With just two of us, we had more than enough space, and the property could easily accommodate several guests comfortably. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and despite having neighboring houses on each side, it still felt very private and secluded. The kitchen was excellent—spacious and well-stocked with utensils, which made it easy to cook a variety of meals. The garage was also a great bonus for parking, especially in the heat. The location in Goodyear was convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities nearby, plus easy access to Phoenix, Scottsdale, and even a few national parks nearby. Beautiful and scenic area—I would highly recommend this stay!
