Scottsdale's Haven

We loved the location of the house. It was a safe neighborhood not far from most of the Scottsdale attractions that we wanted to visit. The dedicated biking trails along the canals were nearby. The house itself was clean and well-maintained. Having a garage for our car was outstanding.

Disppointed in the response to issues noted from local representatives.

The beds were X-Firm and extremely uncomfortable. Tried sleeping on the couch one night and it was worse than the beds. Never stayed at a place where we hurt so bad from the furniture. my marine corps cot was more comfortable. Furniture wasn’t purchased for guest comfort, just the cheapest available. Bedding wasn’t anything spectacular either. Probably also the cheapest available. Plenty of towels for swimming but they were a little small for swimming towels. The pool cleaner and pump weren’t working when we arrived, we were able to fix it and get them working but brush and net was unusable and all the dust from the recent dust storm coated the entire pool. Water was nice temp (warmer) but level wasn’t high enough to allow the skimmer to work properly and remove floating debris. Hardly any water pressure and they have a cheap shower head that makes the water pressure worse. Hot water also ran out twice during a 20 min shower. Unfortunately my wife had to wash her hair 3 times because of the hard water and lack of pressure. overall this was our worst house rental experience. Definitely expected better given what we paid. we simply wanted to have a clean pool to ourselves. it was nice having access to the garage. keyless entry worked well. AC also worked well. The turf area out back was nice.

Quiet and clean place

Loved this house! So clean and in my neighborhood so nice supplement rooms in my area. Great pool and backyard too.

This home has lots to offer. Pretty much in the heart of Scottsdale.
