Grayhawk Condo

Can’t beat the location in North Scottsdale. Easy to get everywhere. From the 101, to Pima & Scottsdale Rd. All close & easily accessible. Grayhawk is a very nice development. Well kept and pretty. Our first floor unit had a good floor plan. Plenty of room for 2 people for long term rental in winter. 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. So, also great to welcome short stay relatives/friends too. Only thing I’d prefer, is a king bed in primary bedroom. Unit has 3 queens. Quick, very good meals can be had at the Grayhawk Golf Course 2 restaurants & cute coffee shop. Lots of other fine dining, shopping, & entertainment very close. For the most part, the unit was clean & quiet. Pool & exercise room are right next door, which is good. And, Jan thru Feb little to no noise. Only thing not crazy about was kitchenware & utensils. Very old stuff, some broken & very mismatched. Love to cook and this did not make me happy. Had to purchase some basics to make it work. Shouldn’t have to do this in an otherwise very nice development. If the few things we did not like were rectified or improved, we would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed in Scottsdale over the past several years and found that this location in the Villages was perfect for us. When our kids & grandchildren visited us it was great that the condo is located right next to the pool. The condo was depicted perfectly by the pictures on line (not always the case). We enjoyed the month that we spent there and have already booked it for next year!

Good home. No major issues. It is ground floor by the pool so you hear some pool noise, but it wasn't disruptive. Also an abnormal amount of food was left in the house either from the previous people or the owners. But the house was clean and well laid out for our needs of working from home.

Was working remotely for a month and worked great to relax and enjoy some time with family. Super close to the pool and gym!

We loved the location close to the pool (adjacent), listening to the water feature through the open patio screen, and the miles of walking trails accessible from the front door (across Thompson Peak Parkway). The Grayhawk Condo was very clean, well supplied, the beds were comfortable and the place was very private and quiet for condo living. Everyone we met poolside or walking was extremely friendly, and the grounds are continually maintained and kept up during the day. Great place!
