This home is ideally situated near downtown Palm Springs, less than two miles east of Palm Canyon Drive. This famous downtown strip is lined with acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, theaters, casinos, and plentiful forms of nightlife for you to enjoy. During the day, you can tee off at one of the countless world-class golf courses in the area, go for a hike in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles southwest) or Indian Canyons (six miles south), or take a drive into Palm Desert to dine and shop along El Paseo (12 miles southeast).

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
