Very clean very convenient just what we needed

We were here visiting our friends for two weeks. My first negative review is with Vacasa the management company. I was sent a code for the lockbox on the door but with no instructions on how to get into the lockbox. Had to call the 800# and they walked me through it. It appears that the regular code lock was de programmed because it was broken and had been worked on twice and a new one was never ordered and put on. Once in the unit I checked the garage door opener and it did not work so the next day I bought and put in new battery in the opener and it worked on and off for the first week of our stay until Jonathan came to the unit to work on the front door lock. He then deprogrammed the garage opener and that seem to fix the garage door opener issue. Never got a new front door lock for the entire two weeks we were there and used the garage door opener to get in and leave the property. Also the property was EXTREMELY DIRTY. Floors, coffee grounds left in coffee pot, blankets left in dryer, shelf in master bedroom closet was dirty, blinds were broken and saw raw wood on one in master bedroom. Holes in the walls that had not been fixed, sheets felt like sandpaper in master bedroom, dirty stained carpet in both bedrooms. Sofa and chair in living room very shot and end tables in master bedroom were scratched and need to be replaced. Also no information to renters on how to operate the tv and cable box which would have been very helpful. The unit needs a deep clean in every room, carpet cleaned and new furnishings along with Vacasa taking care of fixing issues promptly when you arrive and not let this go for the entire time you are in the unit.

Location

Great location. Several issues need to be addressed within the unit. Stained kitchen sinks, worn out sofa, bed in master, buy HD package fir the TV etc.
