The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is just a little over two miles away for the Paribas Tennis Tournament. THINGS TO KNOW

*Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties.

*Please note that this home only allows minimum night stays of 30 nights or longer. This is enforced by the County and we cannot make any exceptions. However, For stays 30 nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact us for more information.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 30 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

This house works well for us for a long vacation and having our grandkids visit. Great location to many local activities, and both watching and playing golf. Our third visit to this property and hope for more. Very comfortable home, not too fussy. Everything one needs for a relaxing holiday. All you need to bring are your personal items as this home is prepared for all you will need from kitchen to bath towels. Management staff were excellent to keep us informed but we never really needed any assistance.

The house has worked great for us during our stays over the past three years. Since it is right on the course it works well with being a member of BDCC and has nice accommodations for us to have our grandchildren visit. The PM company has always been very prompt to deal with any maintenance issues that have come up or to address our questions.

This home has everything you will need for a longer stay vacation. Just bring your personal items. Everything else is provided. The home is very comfortable and user friendly. Used the pool several times a day every day. My compliments to the owners for providing such a relaxing home and to Vacasa for their excellent management services.
