This two bedroom rental sits away from the main streets but within a mile of a park, restaurants, grocery and drug store. It has been nicely remodeled but is very basically furnished .... just what you need to have but not more. Plenty of towels and kitchenware with basic appliances: drip coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave. Salt, pepper and sugar provided; bring anything else you will need for cooking. Loved the walk-in shower - a big improvement from the tub with a sliding door. The patio is private and looks out a nicely landscaped area. The walking trail through Mesquite does not go behind this unit but there is a school on the other side of the fence across the creek. Expect typical schoolyard noise at lunch time and after school. The bbq grill is electric, not gas. There were a couple of maintenance requests which Vacasa promptly took care of ... thanks Doug and Jaime.

Good location, quiet and comfortable first floor unit, with nice gardens and views of the mountains. Generally updated Mesquite CC unit in kitchen and bathrooms vs some of the units we’ve seen. Convenient to downtown, shopping and airport. We’d stay there again!
