Peaceful Saddlebrooke

NIce patio and house floorplan is good. Unfortunately the house was filthy. We had to spend numerous hours over several days cleaning. Management Company response to issues we encountered wes very slow - sometimes took a week or longer to get back to us.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the mountains.

Saddlebrook is a great area with nice homes and lovely surroundings. Unfortunately, it took us awhile to figure out the amenities because the home we rented did not have any information available to introduce the area. We needed to get an ID card from an administrative office to access the workout facilities but didn’t learn that until a couple of days into our stay. Also, had to explore for some time to learn about the various clubhouses and dining options. Once learned, there were many amenities that offer a great stay. Our house was nice though not very updated with a very well appointed kitchen. There was a lack of bedding which caused us to scramble for blankets during some regrettable cold weather. Further, there were no instructions to aide us in trying to figure out the audio visual equipment. VACASA, however, made the entrance and exit to the house very easy. Just wish that we had more information upon entering a delightful community so that we didn’t have to learn it all on our own over a couple of days at the start of our stay.
