The home itself was very nice, with a great pool area and beautiful views of the golf course and mountains. The neighborhood was also very pleasant. The home was very clean. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues significantly impacted our four-night stay. The pool heater was not working for two days, and the hot water heater failed on the first day, leaving us without hot water in most of the home — including the kitchen and primary suite — for three days. We learned the water heater was approximately 30 years old which is very irresponsible for a rental property. Initial repair attempts led to a gas leak confirmed by the utility company, and the unit was ultimately replaced on the fourth day so we had hot water for the final day of our stay. Between the pool issues and the broken hot water heater, there was daily maintenance activity on the property. When booking a relaxing, poolside getaway, ongoing repairs and disruptions are the opposite of what most guests are looking for. This felt more like managing home maintenance than enjoying a vacation. While the property manager was responsive, the resolution took longer than expected and accommodation offered did not fully reflect the extent of the disruption. The property has some great features, but these issues detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay.

I loved the view from backyard. The beautiful pool, w the golf course and Santa Rosa Mountains in back drop. So perfect. House was spacious! Every room had its own bathroom! That was epic! The casita was great as well! Couldn’t ask for a better location!

Thank you VCASA for a wonderful Fourth of July weekend. Pool and spa were fabulous and my grandchildren enjoyed themselves! We bbqued, read books, played games, went to dinner and shopping it was a wonderful adventure and all bedding were extremely comfortable. No bugs, no bees and anything else that flies!
